Principal's Message _ THMS

Dear Terrace Hills Middle School Families,

On behalf of the entire staff at Terrace Hills Middle School, home of the Tigers, we extend a warm welcome for the 2025-2026 school year to both our new and returning families! We are excited to begin another year of learning, growth, and opportunity.

At THMS, we are proud to uphold high academic and behavioral standards, ensuring that every student develops the skills necessary to be college and career ready. In alignment with our district’s vision of achievement, equity, and wellness, our dedicated staff is committed to putting students first in all that we do.

We believe that strong partnerships with families are essential to student success. We encourage open and ongoing communication between school and home so that, together, we can provide the best support for our students.

We also invite our Tigers to get involved in the many opportunities available on campus—from clubs and athletics to academic programs and leadership activities. Getting involved helps build valuable skills and lifelong connections.

We are looking forward to a successful, engaging, and rewarding school year ahead. Let’s make 2025–2026 the best one yet!

With Tiger Pride,

Dear Terrace Hills Middle School Families,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! My name is Michael Piaseczny, and it is an honor to serve as your Assistant Principal at Terrace Hills Middle School—Home of the Tigers!

Whether you are new to THMS or returning for another great school year, we are excited to have you with us. Our positive school environment is designed to foster growth and learning.

At THMS, strong teamwork between school and home is essential to student success. Your involvement is encouraged and valued. We encourage open communication and look forward to working with you throughout the year.

We also want all of our Tigers to get involved! Whether it is through volunteering, attending school events, joining the PTA, or supporting our students in their academic journey, there is something for everyone. Being involved helps students build friendships, confidence, and essential life skills.

I look forward to a great year of learning, growth, and exciting experiences. Let’s make 2025–2026 the best one yet!
